| We are now hoping for a Leap Day baby. Although any time is just fine with us. I think she may be trying to come out my belly button. You can see Misty trying to make a clean get away. Emily has decided to ask me every day if today's the day :) Mary even knows that there is a "baby sister in mommy's tummy". So we are just waiting for the baby timer to go off :) |
| 2/11/04 | Yep, still here~ went to the doctor and he's telling me 'any day now'. Yes I'm huge but pretty happy if I wasn't so darn tired all the time! Can't wait to meet her. |

| 1/26/04 | Yikes, I have really dropped! All of a sudden my belly is lower. What does this mean? You got me -- guess I'm getting closer to my due date. We are sort of sad that it may be our last pregnancy but also we are quite excited to meet her. 2 years ago today my water broke with Mary so this is an exciting day! My dr. appointments are down to every week now so I suppose it's really happening. Getting a little obsessed with making her diapers and clothes. I had a random thought that I want her to only wear clothes I've made so I know I'm going 'round the bend. |
| 1/7/04 | Happy New Year! 32 weeks, finally got my bag packed! I am making her some more sleep sacks (fun sushi print lol!) so we don't have to worry about blankets. I'll post a picture soon. I am also almost done with her baby album! Just waiting for pics of the little one. But she still has a month or so left so we'll (try to) be patient. |
| 12/9/03 | 28 weeks We think we have decided on a name but are keeping it under wraps (because we keep changing our minds). Good doctor appointment yesterday, but with all the Braxton-Hicks contractions (7-10 a day) he wants me to start coming in every 2 weeks. I am so glad I have such a relaxed and comfortable doctor. Lots of heartburn and creaky bones (although this may just be the "new me" :) ) |
| 11/17/03 | 25 weeks Baby girl still has no name, is still super active and I'm feeling much better. The ultrasound went very well, nothing to worry about. Mary was not impressed with the procedure, but then no doctors seem to impress her. The photo album is coming along well--I'm using all rose, sage and cream. It will make it easier to toss the pictures in. I'm up 15 lbs. Arnold Schwarzenegger was sworn in as governor today, Daddy could see it from his office. |
| 10/29/03 | 22 weeks! This girl is quite active, much like Emily was. We will be having another ultra sound next week. Gosh, I wanted three when I was pregnant with Emily, and now they keep coming since I'm an old mama. Up 10 pounds. Starting her baby album so I can just put the pictures in when she arrives. |
| 10/15/03 | Made two sleeping gowns for her--next I'll make her some fleece sleepers with matching cap to keep her cozy. |
| 10/07/03 | 20 weeks! Come see what she's up to. Nope, we don't have a name picked out. I am partial to Amy. |
| 09/26/03 | It's a girl! With no chromosomal problems or issues. So fun to have another little missy in the family! |
| 09/24/03 | 17 weeks (5 months) Felt the first kick! Felt it at the doctor's while he was listening. I'm up a pound, everything looks good we are still waiting on the amino results. |

 | Amniocentesis today. Met with a geneticist then had another ultrasound then the amino. Took about 2 hours total, quite painful won't be doing that again, but we did get to see the little pumpkin again and took some cute pictures. |

  | First doctor appointment. WOW!! Saw the little pumpkin and the beating heart. I am in love already. I am eight weeks along, everything looks good! Due date estimated February 28th. Slightly concerned about leap year but what can you do? First time we have to consider an amniocentesis because I'm an old mama (36). |
| 07/11/2003 | The Windwood house closed today. I loved that home, but it became apparent it was too small for our growing family. I feel torn but confident we are doing the right thing. |
| 07/10/2003 | Can't sleep, bad dreams every night. Sure sign of pregnancy. My jury duty is over so that is a load off my mind. Mary has her 18 month check up tomorrow, gee I'm so tired how do other mom's do it??? Can't wait for Emily to get home from Camp Sacramento. We have not told her (or anyone) yet, she will be so excited! Looking forward to my dr. appt. so we have a picture to show grandparents!!! |

| 06/20/2003 | Got kicked out of Weight Watchers! I lost 10 lbs in two weeks, didn't really believe I was pregnant.....guess I am! |

 | Just discovered that we have two lines on the test stick!!!! We have done three tests to be sure. First doctor's appointment July 15th. Can't wait to see how far along I really am!!! My tummy is sticking out, but I have not gained any weight. |
